End of January, still within the framework of the contest ‘Prix Pierre Potier des Lycéens’ by France Chimie, a school class of the high school EPID Vauban in Dunkerque, North of France, received the visit of Mrs Laurence Jacques, Managing Director of EcoXtract. This tour gives the opportunity to explain didactically the project, answer the students’ questions. Food is esssential to life but the matter of the processing of the food is rather unknown from the public . But now, even young generations start to feel concerned and are questioning what exactly is in their food. EcoXtract proposes a safe and fully organic alternative to petro-sourced solvent used as processing aid, and this is quite an argument!
